I make CNC aluminium levers for Formula R1/T1/RO Racing brakes with pull master cylinder as in picture.
The purpose of the mod, aside from the looks, is improving control and precision. The original levers are rather thin and flex significantly, causing a bit of delay and difficulty to apply precise brake pressure during hard braking.
Pure power will NOT increase, but the greater control, intuitivity and trust do improve performance on the trail, with delayed braking points.
The pair weighs 6 grams more than the originals.
