With expert maintenance and timely services and repairs, you get a long-lasting, perfect flow. Only experts work at the Suspension Factory and will pamper your bike and suspension to the best of their ability. All our brands and models, as well as extended product information and appointment bookings or express services can be found on our Suspension Factory website and the booking portal.

We set ourselves the highest standards - including high-quality tools, high-performance oils and professional accessories. The service for all Manitou products is of course also available for e-bikes and e-mountainbikes.

The Suspension Factory Shop is located directly in Saalfelden between the Bikepark Leogang and the trails in Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Maria Alm - the largest bike region in Austria. Due to the high demand and positive feedback, we have specialized in maintenance, service, repairs and tuning of MTB suspensions within the store in 2022.

This is how the Manitou shock service works:

• Check for external damage
• Documentation of your previous setup
• Checking and measuring the function
• Disassembly and cleaning
• Checking all parts including sliding bushes
• Replacement of the lubricating & damping oil - with selected premium oil

• System ventilation by means of a vacuum filling system
• Any repairs
• Assembly
• Function test and mechanical inspection
• Quality control by technician & leak test using LABA7
• Final cleaning
• Service documentation and 4-eyes check
• 6 months warranty

If defective parts or faults are discovered during the work, or additional expenses arise due to material costs or special repairs, we will of course consult with you and will be happy to advise you on how to proceed. So that you can get back on the trails as quickly and efficiently as possible.
