Vitus 787 Cyclo-Cross

I am selling a self-built retro bike. It was built in 2022, ridden very little and only in good weather. The bike is very light (partly because of the aluminum frame) and you can therefore go fast with it. :)

I have a stride length of 88cm and although the frame is 56cm, it wasn't too small for me. More details below:

The frame is one of the legendary, glued in lugs, light and aluminum frames with Wishbone rear triangle. The year of construction is 1996 and the color is purple, hard anodized.

Frame size 56, top tube length (M-M) 56, head tube length 14.5 cm. Seat tube length (M-M) 56 cm, to top edge 58 cm. Rear hub width for hubs between 124-130mm. Front hub width 100mm. Chainstay length 420cm. Max tire width 35mm.

Headset shells and bottom bracket were replaced in 2022.

The frame has scratches, as can be seen in pictures 12 and 13. These were caused by the previous owner. Nevertheless, the bike and especially the frame remain a real gem.
