Item description: Norco Optic Carbon Rahmenset L
***** Attention. Due to the many inquiries:
No, I'm not selling the fork separately, nor the shock, nor the frame without the shock ;-) ******
I also bought the frame first hand here at Bikemarkt in Janaur 2024.
Optionally, a new, completely unridden Lyrik Ultimate 2025 Charger 3.1 with 140mm can be purchased.
The price quoted is for the frameset without the fork.
Price frame+shock+fork 2200€.
I have ridden about 1000km with it, the previous owner according to Strava about 800km.
Condition is good, small paint chips and small scratches, see pictures below
I only rode it on flat, paved roads without altitude, dust, rain etc ;-)
Of course nonsense: I rode it as it should be ridden, I also rode it on enduro trails here in my area.
The trail centers JuraTrails (Neumarkt) and Treuchtlingen are near me, and I also rode it on the enduro trails in the Geisskopf bike park. It's great, rumbles a bit, but for 125mm travel the Optic is great!
I last rode it in November and then dismantled it for the annual service. I also planned to switch from a Lyrik Charger 2.1 to the new one.
In the meantime, I was able to borrow an Enduro from a buddy for a while, and at my mid-40s it's really good for my back/knees, so I want to get rid of the Optic and switch to more FW.
On tours of +30km and 1000m, my back and especially my knees were a bit offended (but both are already damaged).
Here is some information about the frame:
Norco Optic 2023 in size L (invoice from first buyer available)
Shock: Super Deluxe Ultimate DH 190x45 (service at Anyrace Jan.2024)
125mm travel,
Recommended front travel: 140mm
Carbon main frame, aluminum rear triangle
Frame weight with shock incl. axle, headset, crank bearings: 3500g
Currently installed: Sram Dub crank bearings, CaneCreek40 headset
It should be mentioned that a OneUp dropper with 240mm stroke can be almost completely lowered into the frame.
I'm 1.88m tall, and SL 87cm, it fitted very well.
Fork and shock have a new decal set from Slik-Graphic.
Frame and fork are covered with a matt protective film.
I replaced all the bearings on the frame + linkage after purchase, as one bearing in the rocker was running out of true.
New bearings for the seat stays are included.
If desired, I can leave the (1 year old) cables for the derailleur and dropper in.
Sale from private party under exclusion of warranty.
Shipping is possible in principle, but I would prefer to see the bike and pick it up locally.
