§ 2 PRICES
The prices in the store are shown in EUR, all prices are shown with 25% VAT (swedish VAT), but your local VAT will be calculated in the checkout. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers and printing errors.
§ 3 PAYMENT
Payment is made via DINTERO by card payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) The selected payment method will be activated upon delivery of the order.
§ 4 SHIPPING
We deliver across the whole EU with following shipping costs.
For orders between 0 – 150 EUR, the shipping cost is 9.99 EUR.
For orders larger than 150 EUR, shipping is free.
For orders of bicycles, shipping is always free of charge
§ 5 DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are sent with DHL and our normal delivery times are 5-7 working days within the EU if it is a stock item. If there have been delays in your delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us directly via e-mail (info@trailstoremtb.com).
If we have recieved the order before 12.00 we will ship the same day. All orders recieved after 12.00 we will ship the following working day.
§ 6 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and stock cost. The cost for this is 69EUR. Uncollected packages do not count as cancellation of your purchase.
§ 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to cancel your offer to conclude a contract within 14 days, with no necessity to state reasons. The period of 14 days starts with the handing over of the goods to you or a third person you appointed, except the carrier.
In order to cancel your offer to conclude a contract, you need to declare clearly in writing the wish to cancel. A clear declaration can be done by e-mail (info@trailstoremtb.com). You are welcome to use the sample request for cancellation included. The on-time dispatch of the cancellation will do to comply with the period for cancellation.
Effect of exercised right of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we received from you, except for any return shipping according to § 10. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
§ 8 EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT
If you wish to have a product exchanged this will be handled in the same way as a return. You will return your product and then make a new order of the new product. Once your order has returned back to us we will refund you. The cost for sending back your order will be deducted from your refund.
§ 9 RETURNS AND FEES
If you wish to return your product this needs to be done within 14 days for when recieving the product. The shipping cost will be calculated to 19EUR and will be deducted from your refund. Bicycles are excempted from this and the shipping cost will be calculated from time to time.
To return an order follow these steps:
1. Send an email with your order no to info@trailstoremtb.com to inform that you wish to return your order.
2. You will recieve a shipping label by email. Print this one and put on your package.
3. Hand in your package to a DHL Service Point.

When your return has been recieved and approved you will be refunded in the same way as you originally paid for the order. A shipping cost of 19EUR will be deducted from the refund.

If you have a complaint we will do everything we can to take care of you. To help us do this please send an email to info@trailstoremtb.com and explain why you are unsatisfied or what the problem may be. Please include a detailed description and if possible a few pictures.

We reserve the right for possible printing errors and that the images on the products may not look exactely like they do in real life. This as there are always some variations on screens colours, photo quality etc.
§ 16 FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to not take any responsibility of delays or wrong that are beyond our ruling such as strikes, fire, war, decisions of governs, left out deliveries from our freigh forwarder.
