Airframe Padding
The Airframe padding features innovative materials such as Dry Foam and antibacterial X-Static fabric: The former is a special white foam that does not absorb sweat, while the latter favors perspiration. The padding minimizes the perspiration process inside the helmet: the foam does not absorb sweat, while the fabric percolates and dries easily, so that no unpleasant odors are released and the best performance is achieved.

In-Mold Technology
Rudy Project's top priority is to minimize the consequences of accidents. For this reason, Rudy Project uses the proven In-Mold technology, the direct injection of the protective polystyrene mass (EPS) into the polycarbonate shell to create a significantly stronger, shock-resistant and lightweight structure. The combination of EPS, the polycarbonate shell and the exoskeleton offers the best protection against the mechanical effects of a fall by optimally distributing the energy across the structure and thus protecting the helmet wearer from the consequences of a fall.

Strap Quick-Change
The Strap Quick Change Lock System is one of Rudy Project's most innovative and user-friendly helmet solutions. This function allows easy and user-friendly removal of the helmet straps and is available for the Central and Protera helmets. With a simple click, you can clean the helmet straps after your daily ride, replace them when they are worn out or simply swap them with optional colors for a unique custom look.
