The Process 153 DL 29 is the racehorse of choice for enduro rippers around the world. Equipped with a RockShox Super Deluxe Select Plus rear shock and a Lyrik Select RC Charger DebonAir fork, it can withstand all impacts. The powerful G2 RS brakes from SRAM put an end to the chaos when needed. Aggressive Maxxis Assegai and Minion DHR tires mounted on WTB KOM Trail rims allow the bike to roll quickly and smoothly.

Kona 6061 aluminum
Kona 7005 and 6061 aluminum alloys are used across the entire fleet of mountain bikes and asphalt bikes. Both Kona 7005 and 6061 are a strong, durable and lightweight alloy that offers fantastic, reliable performance that will last for thousands of rides.Much of the 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the wall thickness of the tubing can be increased or decreased as well as shaped, allowing Kona to fine tune the strength and ride characteristics of a particular frame depending on its intended use.

Internal headset
The bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces the stack height, making the stem and handlebar height more adjustable and giving the rider the best possible fit.

Tapered head tube
A larger circumference at the bottom of the head tube distributes shock forces better, extending the life of the headset itself and eliminating brake judder while providing confident steering behavior. The inherent strength of the triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack head tube with tapered cross-section puts power where it's needed - in the lower headset shell - and maximizes bearing durability where it's needed.

Tubeless-compatible rims
Tubeless rims allow for tires with higher puncture resistance, the ability to run lower tire pressure which provides better grip on the trail, lower rolling resistance and weight savings over conventional tube and tire systems.

Beamer independent suspension
The Beamer independent suspension was developed to be progressive. It helps the bike stay higher in its travel and recover faster from bumps. The controls feature what product managers like to call "pure shock movement", which protects the shock from side loading.
