Ishiwata 025 CrMo steel frame, lugged.
Shimano-SF dropouts on frame and fork.

The bike is a bit dusted, has been standing for a while, the tubes are flat. The road bike is in original condition except for the front rim and offers a very good base.
Rear wheel should be centered.
