With expert maintenance and timely services and repairs initiated as needed, you get a long-lasting, perfect flow. Only experts work at the Suspension Factory and pamper your bike and suspension to the best of their ability. All our brands and models, as well as the extended product information and appointment bookings or express services can be found on our Suspension Factory website and booking portal.

We set ourselves the highest standards - this includes high quality tooling, high performance oils and absolute professional accessories. The service for all FOX products is of course also available for e-bikes and e-mountain bikes.

The Suspension Factory Shop is located directly in Saalfelden between the Bikepark Leogang and the trails in Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Maria Alm - the largest biker region in Austria. Due to the high demand and positive feedback, we have specialized in 2022 within the store in depth on maintenance, service, repairs and tuning of MTB suspensions.

This is how the FOX Creek suspension fork service works:.

• Inspection for external damage
• Documentation of your previous setup
• Checking and measuring the functioning
• Disassembly and cleaning
• Check of all parts incl. sliding bushings
• Renewal of lubrication & damping oil - with selected premium oil

• Functional test and mechanical inspection

• Final cleaning
• Service documentation and 4-eyes control
• 6 months warranty

If defective parts or faults are discovered during the work, or additional expenses arise due to material costs or special repairs, we will of course consult with you and advise you on how to proceed. So that you can get back on the trails as quickly and efficiently as possible.
