ND Tuned (and I) have you covered and can convert down any 1 1/2" tapered steerer (or even straight 1 1/2" as with the Totem in the article photo!) to straight 1 1/8".
Price when supplied a bare CSU would be 136€ for steerer, adapter and fitting.
When sent a full fork, it will be subject to the base fee of €85 for the rebuild.
