Specialized Epic World Cup Torch - Olympia Sonderedition 2016 - Rahmenset Fox

With a heavy heart, I'm selling a very exclusive classic: the 2016 Olympic bike of the Specialized athletes: the Epic World Cup Torch. It was used to fight for the medals in Rio - I was able to get hold of one of the frames new and unridden. First hand, good overall condition. Not ridden 500 km, as I always had test bikes available. But visually and in terms of handling an absolute dream.

A special feature of the Torch Edition is that the bike could change color. Under approx. 25 ° orange, over 25 ° bright yellow. Like the Olympic torch. Well, that only works to a limited extent and so the frame has a unique color scheme (take a look at the pictures).

The overall condition is good. There are minor scratches in the paint and several paint chips from rock chips on the lower swingarm pivot above the yoke. I have tried to capture all of this in the photos. It goes without saying that the frame will be thoroughly cleaned before it is sold.

Sold as a frameset with Fox 32 Terra Logic fork, which fits the Brain rear triangle perfectly. The fork and rear triangle do not react to the rider's impulses, but only to impacts. Maximum efficiency. At least in theory, because the rear shock would love a service. The Brain no longer works reliably. Apart from that, there is no damage worth reporting.

I am also happy to sell the already installed and fully functional Shimano XTR M9000 disc brake (without brake rotors). Light, sexy, carbon levers.

I still have to think about the unique, embroidered Tune carbon crank that can be seen in the pictures... maybe also a question of price.
