The new 120mm Tallboy makes big leaps again for a short-travel bike. With a strong lower-link VPP rear triangle, sporty design, Santa Cruz-typical workmanship and a rather radical geometry, the Tallboy is once again on the way to overcoming the boundaries of bike categories.
A bike that only knows full throttle and is always ready to sprint - whether uphill, downhill or on flat flow trails. The maximum efficiency of the VPP rear triangle makes for a pleasantly fast and light-footed ride. Technically, it is built on the same platform as our Longtravel bikes and therefore feels at home not only on classic XC terrain, but also on "real" trails. Paired with a 130mm fork, the new Tallboy is also becoming increasingly attractive for aggressive bikers.

Perfectly matched to every size:
Size-dependent geometry and frame stiffness Chainstay length and seat angle are matched to the frame size (the seat angle becomes steeper and the rear triangle increases with increasing frame size), so that every rider, regardless of their height, gets the same balanced geometry for the best riding performance.And since taller riders cause greater stress, we adjust the stiffness for each frame size. This ensures that every rider gets the same perfect ride quality.

[left]The trails aren't always easy, but packing for the tour should be. The glovebox offers space for the "Tool Wallet" and "Tube Purse" in the frame. So you'll never have to set off again without a minitool and spare tube or attach them to the outside of your frame. Pack everything you need under the solid flap in your down tube. Including your fine gloves. The bike comes with a "Tool Wallet" and "Tube Purse" as standard, two high-quality bags that store your things safely and practically.[/left]
