Trek Remedy 27,5 Custom 650b

Selling my lovingly built Trek Remedy 650b in frame size 17.5" (M).
The bike was purchased at the end of 2014 as a Trek Remedy 8 650b and since then each of the standard components has been replaced with something higher quality.
A Rockshox Pike RC with 150 mm travel was fitted; the original Pike seals were replaced with green SKFs and the Solo-Air air unit was replaced with a Debon-Air upgrade. Two Solo-Air units for 150 mm and 160 mm (I didn't have enough pressure on the front wheel with the 160 mm) can be included.
The original Fox Float DRCV shock was replaced by a DRCV with a Corset Air Sleeve. I will gladly include the original Fox mi shock.

The brakes are Shimano XT BR-M8020 (4-piston) with Ice-Tech discs (203/180) and pads (Ice-Tech metal).

The Maxxis Minion DHFs (tubeless) have been ridden very little, as have the 11-51 Deore cassette and the chain, as the Remedy has hardly been ridden in the last two years.

The buyer has a choice of Absolute Black Oval 30T or a round Absolute Black 30T chainring (both direct mount), the round one is included.
The saddle is the original one from Bontrager.

All bearings have been replaced with high-quality Enduro Bearings.

Over the last few years it has spent much more time in the cellar than being ridden. When it was allowed out of the cellar, it was mainly ridden on the local single trails in the foothills of the Alps and 2 - 3 times a year moderately in the bike park. Accordingly, it has a few paint scratches (I tried to capture this as well as possible in the pictures), but there are no dents or similar. The grips are a little frayed on the outside (which unfortunately happens extremely quickly with the material of the ESI). In addition to regular maintenance, a major check/service was carried out at least once a year.

I don't know the exact weight, but I think it's well under 14 kg.
Inspection and test ride in the north of Rosenheim is welcome. Shipping at the buyer's expense should also be possible. The pedals are only cheap paws, as I took mine with me on the new bike.
