Item description: Rotwild RE 750 Core
Hello I would like to sell my Rotwild RE 750 Core that I bought in October 2022
What makes it tick?
170 mm travel at the front and 160 mm at the rear invite you to get stuck in, combined with a 29/27.5 inch wheel mix, the toughest terrain becomes a playground. The Brose Drive S-Mag motor takes you uphill with ease, while the powerful 750 Wh Integrated Power Unit has enough stamina for many fun-filled meters of climbing.
Discreetly integrated into the frame concept, the battery can be removed and charged in a few simple steps without tools. The new flat design of the frame provides a noticeable increase in control: with a low top tube and low positioning of the suspension element, there is room for an active riding style, while the low center of gravity keeps the bike planted on the trail. The Open Bridge Triangle was developed to add playful handling to the smooth ride. This bridge-less, two-piece chainstay design results in a very short rear triangle, which provides high agility and also allows the use of voluminous, high-traction tires.
The motor was replaced by Brose in June 2024
The bike is well maintained and has no accident damage
There is some minor paint damage (paint pen is present)
At the moment I have Schwalbe Smart Sam with Tannus Armour mounted, as I ride the bike to work. (gravel and tarred road)
After the purchase, the original Schwalbe Hans Dampf and Magic Mary tires can be mounted.
Here are a few extras:
- I swapped the display for a Brose Allround display
- The fork was overhauled in early 2024 and the shock was replaced by Fox with a Fox Factory X2 (warranty)
- The derailleur is a SRAM AXS XO with new Hope derailleur pulleys and battery protection cage.
- I swapped the handlebars for an original Rotwild 35mm Rise
- The stem was swapped for a MonkeyLink
- Red Deer battery lock for theft protection
