I've fitted a luggage rack, which stays on. I had mounted mudguards once, but discarded them (they are no longer there either)
Condition is used with optical signs of wear. Hub paint is coming off in places - only mentioned visually and for the sake of completeness. also a trace on the handlebars where the anodizing is gone from the lock that I always had hanging on the handlebars.
Technically it's in tip-top shape. Everything works as it should
Hubs are lubricated and adjusted. Disc brakes, pads and discs are new!
