I am selling my used but in very good condition Epic Pro. Model year 2018, bought new by 1st owner in 2019. I have been riding it since 2021, next to my Specialized Enduro Expert. New price in 2018 6,699.00 euros.

The new Epic Pro makes it onto the podium in more ways than one: clever innovations for less weight, optimized suspension and a wider range of use. The ideal terrain for the Epic Pro is tricky XC trails with a trail character. The exclusive FACT 11m frame reduces weight, increases efficiency and, in conjunction with the newly configured Brain technology, sets new standards in the legendary Epic family and beyond.
The Epic is the first Specialized MTB to be developed using the Rider-First Engineered™ process. In simple terms, this means a differentiated fiber layup and tube dimensioning for all frame sizes. This means that all riders, regardless of frame size, get the best possible ride quality. In particular, steering precision and responsiveness have been further improved. So fast becomes even faster.
We have also further developed the inner values of the Epic so that you can cope with the increasingly technical and tougher XC trails. The steering angle has become slightly slacker for greater smoothness and control. In order not to lose the high agility in the steering area, we have installed a fork with a shorter offset. This keeps the Epic nimble in tight turns. We have lengthened the reach slightly for more riding stability at high speeds, while the rear triangle remains as compact as possible for greater maneuverability. For more performance downhill and in changing terrain, you can now use the 30.9 mm Command Post dropper post, as you know it from Specialized trail bikes.
The Brain system has always been a crucial ingredient for the highly efficient character of the Epic. Although the Brain has undergone a dozen major and minor revisions since its debut many years ago, we knew that its potential could be exploited even further. Initially, the laws of physics prompted us to position the Brain 2.0 even closer to the rear wheel axle in order to increase sensitivity. In the course of intensive development cooperation with RockShox, a system emerged that is more of a novelty than an upgrade. In practice, it works more sensitively and directly, creates more constant damping and allows the oil line to be integrated into the damper linkage itself. This allows the oil to flow much more efficiently, which optimizes the function and enables an unrivalled compact design. So we are not promising too much when we say that the Brain 2.0 sets new standards.
The equipment is classy, light, powerful and robust at the same time: RockShox SID Brain suspension fork, SRAM Eagle X01 drivetrain and stiff Roval Control Carbon wheels with tubeless option. Whether you just want to have fun off-road or ride against the clock, the Epic Pro confidently delivers what is required - and easily adds that little bit extra!
