The Process 24 takes its cues from adult bikes and is ready to conquer the local singletrack or the roughest lines in the bike park. The Process 24 gets an updated fork with the Manitou Machete J Unit and 120 mm travel, making it ready for big and small hits. A Shimano Deore 1x drivetrain and brakes provide excellent control uphill and downhill.
Kona 6061 Aluminum
Kona 7005 and 6061 aluminum alloys are used across the entire fleet of mountain bikes and asphalt bikes. Both Kona 7005 and 6061 are a strong, durable and lightweight alloy that offers fantastic, reliable performance that will last for thousands of rides.Much of the 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the wall thickness of the tubing can be increased or decreased as well as shaped, allowing Kona to fine tune the strength and ride characteristics of a particular frame depending on its intended use.
