Banshee Legend MK II downhill bike Gr. M

I am selling my good downhill bike, a Banshee Legend MK 2 in size M.

The bike is in good used condition and ready to ride straight away. I'm only parting with it because I was able to fulfill a dream, this bike has never let me down.

It is built to a very high standard, the suspension with X-Fusion RV1 suspension fork and Cane Creek Double Barrel is beyond reproach.
Rebound, high-speed and low-speed compression can be adjusted on the fork, while the shock also has fast and slow rebound settings.
A suitable Cane Creek wrench is included for adjusting the shock.
The shock is fitted with high-quality Huber bushes.

The wheels have been hand-spoked by the master craftsman himself, pressed several times and the spoke tension adjusted using a tensiometer. The rims run smoothly and have no dents, I have never set them hard on the edges. A golden Hope hub is fitted at the rear, now a rarity.

The BPP chain guide is no longer produced, it is an ingenious mixture of lightweight and stability, and cost 150 euros on its own. The cockpit is from Joystick with Ergon grips, the seat post is a shortened Syntace P6.

The Magura brakes are powerful, easy to modulate and freshly bled. The Gustav front caliper brakes with the original caliper mount on 210mm rotors. If this is scary for you, I can also fit an MT5 brake caliper.

On request I can probably add a pair of pedals, and possibly some more tires.

The bike can be viewed in Giessen, but collection is preferable due to its size.
