With this handlebar remote you can operate mechanically controlled dropper posts. The cable is clamped to the lever with a screw, so it does not matter whether it is attached to the post or also clamped. Unfortunately, Hope does not specify the cable travel, so please search for experiences to see if it fits your post.

The mount is for SRAM Matchmaker, two threads are available. In addition to the lateral position, the length of the lever (i.e. lever travel and required force), the lever position via a stop screw and the cable preload can also be adjusted.

The lever rotates around a large industrial ball bearing and is very smooth-running.
