I had these upgrades carried out in a specialist workshop:
- Conversion to Shimano XT brakes (incl. brake levers), they are quieter and bite better than the original SRAM brakes.
- Tires: MAXXIS Minion DHR II 2.5" rear, MAXXIS Assegai 2.5" front
- rear derailleur SRAM GX Eagle, 12-speed was replaced
- new cassette Sram XG-1275, 12-speed, 10-52t has been replaced
- shorter stem: DMR Defy, Ø 35mm, 5°, black
- SPANK Vibrocore handlebars with 60mm rise
- Acros pedals
NEW MOTOR: A new motor was installed at the end of March 2024 (due to rattling noises from the old one).
Mainly used on trails around Stuttgart. 5,100 euros is an absolutely fair price for a fully e-MTB with this equipment, regular maintenance and the high-quality modifications including the new motor.
