Fox Racing Shox 38 29" 170mm Grip

Hi,
I am selling a Fox 38 due to a change to coil.

About the fork: I bought it used myself and rode it for one season. Everything has worked so far. It is actually matt, but with other decals and the protective film it looks rather shiny in places.

- Cobalt axle
- Shaft length just under 170mm.
- Claw hammered in
- New seals, but pressed in under time pressure and without tools, so not quite coaxial. A little grease comes up from time to time, but it hasn't been ridden much since then. As a result, I didn't have enough oil of the correct viscosity for the rebound side, so the manufacturer's recommendations for the settings don't fit at the moment. However, I was still able to set it within a reasonable range.
- Quirk in the stanchion tube, but quite far up
- Usual signs of use, see pictures
- Typical cracking? I can't judge, with the new fork the bike cracks too.

It all sounds super dramatic, but in the end it worked until it was removed. Preferably pick up, then you can see for yourself.
