The fork has only been ridden a total of 4 times. I bought it new in October to build a full for the first time. Unfortunately, the rear triangle was warped so I had to send the frame back in. Because of all the effort involved, I don't feel like rebuilding the replacement frame (I'll post it online soon). That's why I'm selling the fork again. The condition is therefore almost like new with hardly any signs of use.
