Visually and technically in new condition
The previous owner had the frame and suspension fork professionally repainted and wanted to rebuild the bike for his son.
Unfortunately, he ended up with a self-proclaimed headshok specialist.
He got the Fatty back as a total loss.
All 8 barrel rails and the needle bearings defective.
The original barrel rails were no longer installed.
The original rails were probably in better condition.
The inner tube had absolutely no rust !!!
Bellows defective
Among other things, the air piston was missing and this is no longer available as a spare part.
I had bought this Fatty as a total loss.

Only the two of us have the rails required for repair.
(Inner Race and Outer Race as well as the Race Clip).
No Cannondale dealer gets these spare parts from Cannondale.
Not to be confused with an inexpensive needle bearing service offered on the web.
During service, only the needle bearings are replaced and not all eight races/rails.
According to the manufacturer's service specifications, these must be replaced after 200 hours or as part of the 2-year service.
