Trek Checkpoint AL4

Gravelers, or those who want to become one, watch out!
A well-maintained Trek Checkpoint AL4 with plenty of special parts and accessories is for sale.

Since I just don't have the time to ride my trusty gravel bike anymore, and it's a shame to leave it in the basement, I hope to find a new owner. The frame now has approx. 5000KM on the clock and of course has the odd scratch, but is accident-free!
Various things have been replaced over the years (no billoparts!)

- Frame: Treck Checkpoint AL 4 in Battleship Blue
- Stem: Bontrager with Sigma mount
- Handlebars: Ritchey WCS Road ErgoMax, 440mm wide, 73mm reach, 128mm drop, 10mm rise, 4° backsweep, 12° flare, Ergon BT Gravel handlebar tape. (additionally mini rear view mirror Beam from Corky)
- Seat clamp: Tune
- Seatpost: Ritchey Carbon Trail Zero
- Saddle: SQ Lab 612
- Crankset, cassette and chain were changed at the end of 2023 and have not run 300KM since then.
The whole thing rolls on Stans Crest MK4 28" rims (rim width 25mm), with Trailmech gravel hubs with an HG11 body and Sapim D-Light spokes.
A custom build from CustomCycleWheels.
The tires are almost new WTB Byway TCS 28" 44mm gravel tires (tubeless).
The frame is more or less completely protected with protective film from Unleazhed.
The clipless pedals from Shimano, as well as the EVOC saddle bag and the new Platzangst frame bag are included.
The brakes are freshly bled, brake pads new/new.
The cables are also almost new (Jagwire Pro).

All in all a very robust and loyal companion, sit on it, feel good and have fun!
The bike can be viewed and test ridden in my presence.
