Commençal Meta HT

I put the bike together myself and it is in good condition, but I haven't ridden it much as I was unable to due to an injury. It has been sitting in the garage ever since. The only problem is the rear brake, which needs to have the pads changed and bled, which I think should solve the problem. Otherwise, only the gears are not perfectly adjusted and there are normal signs of use here and there, that's it.
