The Shimano XTR FC-M9125 1x12-speed crank with 174 mm Q-factor and 55 mm chainline stands for maximum drivetrain efficiency with low weight. With this crank, Shimano has really pushed forward the 1x evolution. It offers optimum power transmission and maximum speed for the new XTR systems, which only rely on 1 chainring (without original packaging).

In addition to a new special 12-speed chain (CN-M9100) with a corresponding new 12-speed QUICK LINK lock, SHIMANO is also equipping the XTR M9100 with new cranksets for 12-speed (FC-M9100/9120-1), which of course feature the famous hollow-forged crankarms. A wide range of chainrings (30T to 38T) is available for XC racers, who mainly rely on 1-speed systems, providing a weight saving of around 80g. Enduro riders who also predominantly use 1x systems can supplement their setup with a newly developed chain guide (SM-CD800; E-Type, D-Type or ISCG05 mounting), thereby further optimizing the already excellent grip of the chain on the DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGEGEMENT PLUS chainrings. In addition, the FC-M9120 provides you with a crankset with a wider Q-factor, which is required for certain frame shapes.
