Shimano road bike disc brake consisting of the BL-RS600 I-Spec II brake lever at 105 level and the BR-RS405 Flat Mount caliper at Tiagra level. The result of the combination is a solid brake performance in any condition. Trouble-free maintenance is provided by the proven One Way Bleeding concept and the Easy Hose Joint System which simplifies brake hose exchanges.
I-Spec II
I-Spec II is an integrated mounting system for brake and shifting levers. It just needs one bracket which saves space, provides a cleaner optic and saves about 10 grams of weight. Furthermore the adjustability in horizontal direction offers an optimized individual setup.
J-Kit (Easy Hose Joint System)
At brake systems with J-Kit hose joint the brake lever features an integrated olive what makes an easy brake hose installation and removal possible.
Shimano BL-RS600 brake lever
The Shimano BL-RS600 is hydraulic flatbar brake lever at 105 level for fitness bikes providing an optimized braking power curve and stable brake performance. The 3-finger brake lever is more comfortable for daily use. I-Spec II compatible.
Shimano BR-RS405 disc brake caliper
The hydraulic Shimano BR-RS405 disc brake caliper at Tiagra level features the recent Flat Mount installation standard for road and cross bikes. Its 2-piston construction provides consistent braking performance in all weather conditions.
